Before you sign-up please check:

Whether you have a BT or NTL line for Anytime
services. NTL is often offered in Cable TV areas. |

That you have a BT line if ADSL access is required. ADSL
cannot be offered on other types of line, such as NTL. Cable
companies can provide a separate "cable modem" service. |

You have a Credit/Debit card in front of you. |
 |
A working email account so that details can be sent to
you. You may also take details down with a pen and paper,
or by printing appropriate pages. |

Ensure that you keep your WorldPay
logon details. You may need this if it is necessary to change
to a different credit card. |

ALL ON-LINE TRANSACTIONS ARE ENCRYPTED AND SECURE

Guidance Notes:
1) Remember that you have not ordered until you
have clicked the 'Make Payment' button on the WorldPay
transaction page.
2) Your Credit Card will be charged once you have
pressed the "Make Payment" button and then on a recurring
monthly basis. You can change your credit card details if you need
to at any time by logging on to WorldPay.
Remember to keep your WorldPay
log-on details.
3) ADSL Broadband usually takes about 5 minutes
to sign up. Once signed up it takes a further 7 to 10 days for the
service to be activated.
4) Anytime Access. Sign-up takes about 5 minutes.
The service becomes active within minutes and you can start using
it and be surfing more or less straightaway.
5) If you DON’T have Internet access, please
give us a call on 0845 622 4395. We will explain how to gain access
using a local call number. You can then follow the sign-up procedure. |
