If so, planning permission is required. |

please contact your local planning officer and ask him to
advise you, in writing, that planning permission is not required. |

Do you already have a TV satellite dish installed?
If so, you will need to seek planning permission for an additional
satellite dish. All premises are allowed to display one satellite
dish without planning permission |

If you are a tenant in a property, then you
must obtain your landlord’s permission, in writing,
before a satellite dish is installed. |
